SAUERKRAUT
We produce sour cabbage of type "Bravo" literally from seed and fresh cabbage through natural fermentation in our capacities (pots and pans) to the very packaging and delivery of the same. The water used for the fermentation process is from the water supply system of the city of Kragujevac with the use of Tuzla salt according to the requirements of the technological process. Each delivery of finished products manufactured in accordance with the HACCP system is accompanied by a phyto-sanitary certificate of the competent authority of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Serbia.

White corn flour is made from white corn of the "traditional eight" ground on stone. It is rich in
easily digestible carbohydrates. It does not contain gluten. It has a lot of minerals and vitamin

HORSERADISH
We manufacture and process the henna by our own patented and proprietary technology. We have our own plantations in the Gruzana region, and we also have cooperation with several subcontractors in the mentioned areas. All products contain only 100% ren (without the addition of pumpkin, beets, etc.), and for our own planting material we have a certificate intended for organic production.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
We make it from an exceptionally good, healthy and unsweetened apple. The apple pulp
(shredded "meat" of the apple), together with the juice dropped during grinding or chopping, is
deposited in suitable vessels. The vessel is connected by a multilayer gauze and left and left
in a place where the temperature does not fall below 18 degrees and does not exceed 25
degrees. Fermentation takes about 25 to 30 days.
After the process is complete, the vinegar is carefully treated and poured into clean bottles. The color should be light yellow with no precipitate. It is stored in a cool, dark place and is
practically unlimited.
Vinegar is an excellent source of vitamins B and D, calcium, iron, fluorine, magnesium,
manganese, phosphorus, silicon and sulfur. It also contains useful enzymes and major amino
acids. With its acidity, vinegar improves the absorption of iron and calcium, two minerals that
women usually miss.

From our own apiary, as well as with the help of the cooperatives of the Gruža region, we
market exclusively honeycomb in acacia honey (the hourly bases are made of natural
beeswax, not paraffin).
Commercial packing is in 314 ml - 370 gr "anfor" jars.
The transport packaging is on the trays of 12 pcs.

customer's request (100, 250, 500 gr), in chromocarton packaging printed in full color and

We are also able to offer you a piece pack of all our products (flou-pack), so-called. "snacks"
(for cafes, restaurants ...)
SAll the aforementioned products have the classic shape (cube) with the note that jelly candies
can be made in molds also at customer's request.
All items are manufactured in accordance with HACCP and ISO 9001 standards and HALAL

Pasteurized vegetables are prepared according to tarditional recipes from carefully grown and selected yields . All products are packaged in glass packaging according to market requirements of volume of 370-2,500 ml or in cans of 4,250 ml.
